In my warm tranquil room, you are rested by the beautiful aromas of essential oils, a warmed therapy bed to lay on as you get comfortable and supported.
A head massage to release the tension of over thinking, a time to totally switch off and surrender to the senses. Deeply relaxing back, neck and shoulder massage, finishing with heated Jade massage stones, relaxing the tension you've held onto through summer and Autumn.

As I ground you, pulling your energy down to your feet from your roots and your hips and lower back. Everything becomes still and serene once more as we finish with a deeply relaxing foot massage....
