We start of getting you nice and comfy on a heated bed, then a grounding crystals in place and a placement of crystals in each corner of the therapy couch. These bring all the lovely healing energy into the center of the bed, to you. I then proceed to place the crystals that will benefit you along with the Rose quartz crystals on and around you.
We will be using hand massage as well as healing crystals to massage the face during your Facial. Some also called gha sha's which are placed into cool water ready to massage your face with specific techniques.
Once all that's done I start with the healing Reiki on your shoulders, around your head, Neck and heart. Finishing on the forehead pressing pressure points to induce Relaxation. This is then followed by the gorgeous Rose Quartz Facial. You will receive a triple cleanse, scrub, tone, oil with a massage and cooling gua sha massage. This will leave your skin looking radiant and calm. You will feel at peace and well rested. Your stresses will feel like a distant memory. 🌹
