Pure relaxation, calming and soothing. 

Holistic Therapy aims to treat you as a whole rather than just the symptoms or particular disorder.

Rest and Relaxation is set in a rural, country, working farm setting. 

It is peaceful and tranquil. Although my therapy room is on the smaller size, it is warming, comforting and very relaxing with an amazing view.
