I am a very understanding person and realise that sometime life is unavoidable but please, please bare in mind this is my business I have no other income.
CANCELLATIONS
Due to the demand for appointments I require 24hrs notice on all cancellation to avoid a 50% of treatment fee charge.
No shows or very last minute cancellation require full payment of time this also includes gift vouchers payments.

It is peaceful and tranquil. Although my therapy room is on the smaller size, it is warming, comforting and very relaxing.
